Died- On Friday last (April 22) at a friend's house in Lynchburg, Jesse
Reynolds of Bedford County, age 83 years last January, a soldier of the
Revolution. (p. 3, c 3) From the marriage and obituary citations
compiled by Bernard J. Henley from Virginia newspapers on microfilm at
the Library of Virginia. Other Format Available on microfilm (Library
of Virginia Film 138).

1776-1777. Member of the Committee of Safety. Vestryman, Justice; led Company to Stono Inlet. S.C. 1779. Led Co to Hillsboro to support Gen. Green Winter 1780. Fought with Col. Campbell's riflemen at Guilford.
